So after decades of witnessing the “white coat” effect on our clients and patients, we’ve made it our mission to design a ‘fear free’ hospital environment. One that feels more like a home and less like a medical facility. Our priority is to provide your family with a more comfortable and more caring experience.
OUR WAITING ROOM
Our waiting room is a large, light filled space. We have plenty of room and every amenity you and your pet need when you visit.
THE CAT’S MEOW
We keep cats away from dogs too. We appreciate that our feline friends have a small sphere of tolerance so we’ve spent time figuring out how best to meet their unique demands. We have designed a dedicated cat waiting area, cat consulting room and cat ward in close proximity to each other.
We also use feline pheromones to make our patients feel more relaxed. And we have plenty of tips on how to transport cats with minimal distress.
