Hannah Ellis
Nurse Manager
Hannah has a Certificate IV Veterinary Nursing I Conservation and Land Management. Hannah is currently on maternity leave after giving birth to a healthy baby boy. We wish Hannah all of the best and look forward to her returning to work in 2026.
She was born in South Australia and grew up in various cities and towns around Australia. Her life has always centred around the outdoors, animals and community. After following her passion in some environmental work and study she decided to pursue a career with animals. Her first job at a vet clinic in 2013 led her to fall in love with Veterinary Nursing and she became fully qualified in 2014. Over her career Hannah has pursued many interests in veterinary nursing including dentistry, orthopaedics, imaging and emergency. She now particularly enjoys and is interested in complex medical cases and being involved in and assisting the vets with the diagnostic process. She also values the importance of animals within our society and the role they play for our overall well being and believes her role as a veterinary nurse is intrinsically important to the community.
Hannah started nursing at The Village Vet in 2021 and is loving working with and getting to know the amazing team as well as meeting all the clients and their pets. Hannah has one dog called Boris who is her one true love. Hannah is currently on maternity leave with her first child. We look forward to her return in 2026.
