1. What are your operating hours?
Our clinic is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

2. Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, we highly recommend making an appointment for all non-emergency visits.
Appointments allow us to manage our schedule efficiently and ensure that each pet receives adequate attention and care. You can schedule an appointment by calling our clinic or using our online booking system.

3. What should I do in case of an emergency?
If your pet requires immediate medical attention during our operating hours, please call our clinic to let us know you're coming. For after-hours emergencies, we recommend contacting the nearest 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital. You can find their information on our website or by calling our clinic's phone number.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and debit cards. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We also offer financing options through select third-party providers; feel free to inquire about these options during your visit.

5. Do you accept pet insurance?
Yes, we accept most major pet insurance providers. We recommend checking with your insurance company regarding coverage details and claim procedures. If you have any questions about how pet insurance works or need assistance with the claims process, our staff is here to help.

6. Can I purchase pet medications and food from your clinic?
Absolutely! We maintain a well-stocked pharmacy that offers a range of medications, supplements, and prescription diets for your pet's needs. You can conveniently purchase these items during your visit to our clinic. If we don't have a specific product in stock, we can often order it for you. 

7. Do you offer grooming services?
While we primarily focus on veterinary medical care, we do offer basic grooming services such as nail trims, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression. For more extensive grooming needs, we recommend you find a trusted local grooming salons that specialise in pet grooming.

8. Can I request a prescription refill online?
Yes, if your pet is on long-term medication prescribed by our veterinarians, you can request a refill through our website. Simply fill out the online prescription refill form, and we will review your request. Please allow us 48 hours to process the refill and contact you when it's ready for pickup. If it is urgent, please call us.

9. How often should my pet receive vaccinations?
Vaccinations are usually annual, however the frequency of vaccinations depends on your pet's age, lifestyle, and specific needs. Our veterinarians will create a personalised vaccination schedule for your pet based on these factors. We follow the latest guidelines from veterinary medical associations to ensure your pet receives the appropriate vaccinations at the right time.
