Our waiting room is a large, light filled space. We have plenty of room and every amenity you and your pet need when you visit.
We keep cats away from dogs too. We appreciate that our feline friends have a small sphere of tolerance so we’ve spent time figuring out how best to meet their unique demands. We have designed a dedicated cat waiting area, cat consulting room and cat ward in close proximity to each other. We also use feline pheromones to make our patients feel more relaxed. And we have plenty of tips on how to transport cats with minimal distress.

Our waiting room is a large, light filled space. Designed with a fear free colour palate, our reception is a low stress environment with plenty of seating.
If you and your dog need more space, you are welcome to wait outside or even have a walk at the oval across the road.
We have Adaptil dog pheromones in our reception area and dog consult rooms to encourage your pet to relax and there is always a tasty treat or some cream cheese to help them enjoy their visit.
